Product Availability Policy

All of our products are specialty items and as such may have a limited availability.   APE Products makes every effort to anticipate demand and provide adequate stock on hand.  In spite of these attempts, we have limited space and manpower and items on this website may occasionally into a backorder condition.

Please note the availability and delivery time on the Product pages, as some parts have an unusually long lead time, i.e., the Side Windows.

In Stock
Typically an on-the-shelf  item.  Products will ship within 3 days of credit card authorization and screening, unless otherwise stated on the product description page.

Special Order
Special orders, including customized products, special configurations, and build-to-order items, require 2 - 4 week lead-time. Please see the individual product description for more details.

Stock on Hand
Quantities of this product are limited to existing stock on hand.  APE may have a condition where we are unable to continue to offer a product.  In this case, we will show it as limited to stock.  We cannot guarantee your order can be filled. You will be notified if your order exceeds our abilities or is cancelled.

Backorder
When a product has a backorder status, your order will be automatically placed on backorder. Items placed on backorder are shipped as soon as they become available.

If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days it will gladly be canceled. When the customer has an accommodating build schedule, you may be given the opportunity to extend the backorder beyond 30 days.  Your order will remain open and be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. 

Quantity Limitation
We reserve the right to limit the number of units available per order.

If, for any reason, your item has not shipped within the specified shipping time frame, we will notify you of this delay via email. At that time you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder. 

Cancellations
APE Products reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a return goods authorization (RGA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, APE Products reserves the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing.  Customers wishing to cancel an order may do so by submitting a cancellation request via email.  APE Products will honor requests for cancellation (except Special Orders) received prior to the actual shipment of products.
